A human figure with boldly painted cylindrical body (possibly representing a jaguar's skin) crouches on highly stylized skid-like legs with arms raised holding an implement; the face has a birdlike beak and wide grin; a single plait of hair extends down the back. The arms and the implement were broken and reattached, and there has been additional substantial expert restoration. |
