A powerful shaman's mask from the hill tribes of Nepal. It measures 11.5" high and 6.5" wide, has two large iron pieces imbedded in the face, holes where hair once protruded, and a wonderful patina. On the reverse, there is a chip near the proper left attachment hole and some rodent bites on the upper rim of one eye. 18th - 19th century. #1697 SOLD |
