The design motif for this kasuri ikat is a turtle and a mythical jewel. The condition of this piece is excellent, with one small area of broken threads, barely visible. Below is a photo taken with my phone of the entire piece; it is not at all faded, but the light from the window makes it appear uneven at the bottom.
